Kimco's Direct-Hire Service (also referred to as Full-Time, Career Placement or Perm Placement) is truly an extension of your HR department. This option puts the full power of Kimco's extensive network of contacts and resources behind you when you need to fill a full-time position. For a fraction of the time and expense of conducting your own recruitment campaign, you will be presented with only the best candidates for the position - already pre-screened and reference-checked.
Our Recruiters will literally become a part of your team... working with key people in your organization to gather information on your industry and corporate culture, to develop a detailed description of the position and your ideal candidate. As the process unfolds, you will gain access to targeted candidates you might not otherwise reach - candidates who may be working for competitors and/or not actively seeking new employment opportunities. Our recruitment strategies have been developed to recognize that while many people will consider and excel as temporary workers, more than 95% have stated a preference for direct hire opportunities. Because Kimco has expertise in both areas, our candidate pool is second to none.
Our service does not end once we have identified your final candidate, or even placed an Associate within your organization. Kimco will assist in compensation package negotiation and, after placement, we will follow up with you and your new employee to monitor the progress and satisfaction of both parties.
